How it works

Every rank on this site comes from a published chart. We never estimate or invent ranks or view counts.

Netflix publishes its Top 10 each Tuesday for every country, plus worldwide hours viewed and views for its global lists. We show the UK and US ranks and, where Netflix publishes them, its worldwide views, with credit to Netflix.

Trakt is a TV and film tracking service. We use what its members are watching each week for Peacock (which has no other list we can use) and for documentaries on Disney+ and Peacock, and to complete any service list that is shorter than five titles. What to Watch Streams uses Trakt but is not endorsed or certified by Trakt.

Streaming Availability API by Movie of the Night provides the services' own in-app top lists, which we use for Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV+ and Paramount+ in the UK and the US and for Hulu in the US, plus posters and links to each title. For every service and country we use the source that most closely matches the service's own top list. Streaming availability metadata and images are provided by Streaming Availability API by Movie of the Night.

Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Apple TV+, Paramount+, Hulu and Peacock are trademarks of their respective owners. Logos, posters and artwork are used only to identify services and titles. What to Watch Streams is independent and not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.

Rights and takedowns

If you own the rights to a logo, poster, image or text shown here and want it changed or removed, email [email protected] with the page address and what you would like us to do. We aim to act within 48 hours.

Tap any title to open its details, then use the button to go straight to it on the service (or to the service's search when we have no direct link).

Peacock and Hulu are not available in the UK. We only show a top 5 when we have real data for it, and we never estimate ranks.
